Mens Jewellery Club is a collection created and owned by Fidili.


Data protection

Fidili reserves the right to collect, process and use our customer's data in accordance with the data protection law.


Fidili will only use the customer’s data for the purpose the data was originally given and/or for correspondence with the customer. 


Fidili will disclose payment data to the customer’s credit institute, if necessary for the processing of the payment.



We accept payment by Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa Electron, Visa Mastercard and PayPall. All card payments are processed through PayPall or Stripe’s encrypted SSL payment system for secure and confidential payment. 

The amount will only be deducted from your card when your order has been processed and shipped from us. Use of our website and any purchase made by you will be accepted under the conditions laid down in Danish law.



All prices on and are current retail prices incl. 25% Danish VAT and are quoted in Euro (EU).



Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email shortly after confirming that we have received your order. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, we recommend that you check your spam filter. When we ship your package, you will receive a shipment confirmation email.



On and we offer worldwide shipping with UPS or PostNord. If you are not at home to receive the package upon delivery the package will be delivered to the nearest UPS Access Point, provided this is available. Alternatively, UPS will attempt to deliver the package again by another delivery attempt. If you are not home at the second delivery attempt, UPS will return the package to Fidili. The price of delivery varies depending on the country you wish to get your package delivered to. You will see the price of delivery, by adding a product to your shopping cart and thereafter continue to payment. 


Delivery time

We ship your order within 5 days after the order has been processed. This does not apply to ordering made-to-order goods which will be shipped according to agreement. We will send an email when your package is dispatched. When UPS scans the package, you will receive another email with the tracking number that you can use to follow the package on

Insured package

All packages are sent as an insured parcel with a tracking number. In this way we are able to track the package until it is delivered.


Right to exchange or return goods

On and you have a full 14-day right of return, counting from the day you receive the delivery. You can exchange the jewellery for a voucher or return the jewellery and get your money back. Please note that we only will reimburse the return amount to the card which was used for the purchase. 

If you want to exchange or return your purchase, you must do so within 14 days of the delivery date. The item must be returned in the same condition and in the same original jewellery box and packaging in which you received it.

You will bear the shipping costs for the return or exchange of goods. We also recommend that you send the jewellery as an insured package with tracking number. If you are making a complaint, always contact customer service before sending the jewellery. 

Note that jewellery can only be exchanged and returned to the same place where it was purchased.



Once we receive your return package, we will process your package as quickly as possible within two weeks. Please note that we only will reimburse the return amount to the card and the card holder who originally made the purchase.



When you shop at and you have a 24-month warranty. If you notice a defect or fault in your goods within 2 years after receiving the goods, you as a consumer are entitled to have the product repaired, or replaced if it can not be repaired. 
The complaint must be justified and the defect must not have been caused by misuse of the product or other damaging behaviour. You must complain within a reasonable time after you discovered the defect in the product.
